PPM® Visual Documents – Word Add-in End User License Agreement (EULA)
PPM® Visual Documents Free trial terms & conditions
We believe in treating people the way we want to be treated: speaking plainly and honestly and honoring our commitments.
When you order our software, you'll receive an initial 30-day FREE trial of our software, secured by credit card. We also give you access to 6 hours of PPM Author training, delivered via Teams, free of charge to jump-start your trial. Give our software a thorough run, create a PPM or two and run them by your employees. You'll be delighted at the reception they receive!
If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, or you simply change your mind, you can cancel your order any time within the 30-day free trial period. You will receive a reminder before the end of the trial period by email with a link to cancel should you choose. Your card won't be charged.
If you don't cancel within the 30-day trial period, then your credit card will be charged for the annual license fee, and you'll receive the use of our software for an additional year - on top of the free trial period!
Software maintenance updates will be pushed out to you periodically free of charge. If we create a billable add-on (such as new templates) we will let you know and you can decide to add it or not.
We will automatically renew your annual subscription each year unless you cancel your subscription prior to renewal. Any cancellations will take effect at the end of your subscription period.
As you place your order, your credit card will be verified, but we won't charge it until the trial period is over.
We look forward to working with you.
Kind regards,
The Desertfire Online Team
